Our on-boarding process

We follow a standardised on-boarding process to make sure your systems are fit for purpose, set up our monitoring and maintenance processes etc. Once the on-boarding is complete we will meet with you to discuss our findings and recommendations. Our process is as follows:

  1. We meet with you to determine if there are any ongoing issues, your short/medium/long term goals etc.
  2. We deploy our monitoring agent to investigate your network, to ensure we are providing the correct level of service, and determine if anything needs to be updated/repaired/replaced
  3. We remove software from previous support providers, or any other unneeded software
  4. We change all administrative passwords
  5. We document your systems
  6. We train you and your staff on how to make best use of our services
  7. We review our findings with you and discuss any potential improvements
