IT Support - Time Bank

Time Bank is our simplest and most flexible product. You purchase a block of time in advance (e.g. 5, 10, 20 or 30 hours) which you can draw upon for support, upgrades, installation, helpdesk and advice on a minute by minute basis. We provide an itemised report of time spent each month. Remaining time rolls over from month to month for up to 12 months. You can pre-purchase a small block of time, or a large block.

Various discounts apply for time block purchases:

• Less than 10 hours: 0% discount (£80 + VAT per hour)
• 10 hours: 5% discount (£76 + VAT per hour)
• 20 hours: 10% discount (£72 + VAT per hour)
• 30 hours or more: 12.5% discount (£70 + VAT per hour)

Time Bank is a good choice if:

• your system is simple and stable and you need help only occasionally,
• you do not need proactive monitoring and maintenance: just call us if you need us,
• you want extra help to supplement your in-house team, or
• you already have support cover and want some extra back-up resources for changes, projects, advice or consultancy
