Last Thursday I was contacted by a client who was having problems with his cumbersome back-up solution. He was tired of having to constantly change tapes everyday and struggling to find relevant back-ups when needing to restore files.
Earlier this week Stan from a local web design house called with a frustrating problem – since installing Windows XP Service Pack 3 he is now unable to connect to his office computer from home using remote desktop.
