Jenny, who's Clinic Manager at a leading chain of quality Dental Clinics called me with a puzzling rpoblem: "I'm pulling my hair out with this new version of Outlook, every time I minimise it, it disappears and I can only seem to re-open it from the start menu".

I connected remotely to her PC, and I saw that Outlook 2007 had actually minimised itself to the system tray (down where the time sits all day), it had disappeared from the task bar and left the other applications with a blank look on their faces. A simple act of double-clicking on the icon gets you back to where you were before. Jenny wanted Outlook back where it belonged - to disable this "feature" you can right-click on the icon by the time and un-tick "Hide When Minimized". I changed it for her: Jenny was most pleased and could continue without further confusion.

That's the beauty of our service: you don't need to wait on the end of a call queue: you get the answers you need straight away.
