Remote Access

A client of ours based in the City of London have several employees who require the ability to work remotely.

Until recently they had been using GoToMyPC but had started to notice increasing issues with connections.  They contacted Telanova about this and requested we devise a new solution.

Gotomy PC routes all traffic via USA: we replaced it with Remote Desktop providing a direct point to point connection. With them already having two ADSL lines we reconfigured the firewall to direct certain traffic along each line effectively giving them a dedicated line for remote access. The customer is now very happy.
