, no matter which computer on the network he used.

After checking settings on each computer, we managed to pin-point the problem to the printer set up. Each computer on the network had an additional printer that used to be connected to the network, but was no longer on site. Removing the old printer from each computer drastically cut down the time taken to print a report in Sage.

Sage checks connectivity to all of the printers configured on a computer. If a printer is not connected or cannot be located Sage will wait until the time out period before you can print the report – this happens even with the correct default printer configured.
