Today I would like to talk about server monitoring. Our server monitoring solution monitors client’s servers 24/7, with 95% of problems identified and fixed before the clients have even noticed a problem.
Just last week our monitoring service detected a hard drive failure on one of our client’s servers. The details were sent straight to the support team who worked along side the hardware vendor to organise a site visit.
Within 4 hours there was an engineer on site, the drive had been replaced and the RAID array restored, all without the client having to do any chasing around. The first the client heard of the problem was telanova confirming that an engineer will be onsite within 4 hours.
