Telanova carried out a full Systems Health check at Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and recommended 24/7 server monitoring to highlight any potential problems and resolve them pro actively before they become critical.
Content filtering is also installed across the three sites and additional SPAM filtering software handles the email. The systems infrastructure review included standardisation for the desktop PC build.
Battersea Dogs & Cats Home currently has ten servers and approximately one hundred PC’s across three sites which continually evolve to meet the needs of a busy, growing organisation.
