Malcolm joined the technical team in October 2007 and particularly enjoys his role because of the varied client interaction.  Malcolm is normally the first person to answer support calls, and his friendly and calm approach is vital for the role.

During his leisure time, Malcolm is a keen footballer, active with the Windsor and Eton Football club. Malcolm is the webmaster for the club and more importantly makes sure the team turns up at the right place with their kit.
