TimeBank™ is our simplest and most flexible product. You purchase a block of time in advance which you can draw upon for support, projects, upgrades, installation, advice etc, with each draw down on a minute by minute basis. We provide an itemised report of time spent each month. Remaining time rolls over from month to month for up to 12 months.
TimeBank™ is a good choice if:
- your system is simple and stable and you need help only occasionally,
- you do not need proactive monitoring and maintenance: just call us if you need us,
- you want extra help to supplement your in-house team, or
- you already have support cover and want some extra back-up resources for changes, projects, advice or consultancy
